JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The Pennsylvania Office of Rural Health (PORH) in the College of Health and Human Development is seeking applications for a Part-Time Research Associate. Application review will begin immediately and continue until all available openings have been filled.
Function/Duties:
- Participate in PORH activities
- Conduct research into rural health issues
- Develop and/or format materials for the PORH website
- Perform literature searches
- Provide data support and assistance for state- and federally-contracted tasks and deliverables as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in a undergraduate program in health administration, public health, or related field
- Basic analytic skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a member of the Office’s project teams
This position reports to the director.
