PT Medical Research Associate Days (Server)

Clinic Tasks:

• Portion and serve food to clinical research study subjects based on study requirements.
• Ensure food is safely handled and stored according to best practices and ICON procedures.
• Verify food delivered by the vendor matches the quantities and types of items specified in each study’s menu.
• Inspect quality of food and escalate issues with the vendor and clinic management.
• Assist with other clinic tasks as appropriate

Communication/Training/Meetings:

• Assist with study setup activities and perform check-in and check-out activities.
• (Interacts with clients when appropriate (following proper communication path if needed) and ) perform/collect volunteer surveys
• Complete training activities required for Level I.
• Learn mentor/training activities with assigned mentor if applicable.
• Attend staff meetings, briefings, etc
• Explain and enforce / maintain subject house rules
• Warn appropriate staff in case of medical emergency

Scheduling/Hours:

• Scheduled 5-hr shifts totaling 20-30hrs/week, with availability between 9am – 3pm M-F and alternating weekends

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required
