About Us

INDICO is a digital technology subsidiary company of Telkomsel, Indonesia's leading digital telecom company. INDICO plays a strategic role as a holding company that houses current and prospective vertical digital business portfolios, including Kuncie (edu-tech), Fita (health-tech), and Majamojo (game). At INDICO, we are looking for a passionate UI/UX Product Designer to become a part of our innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to crafting engaging and user-friendly digital experiences across our product lines. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to balance user needs with business objectives, ensuring that our digital products are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

What you will do but not limited to:

  • Study PRD, design briefs, define user flow, and determine product design requirements
  • Conceptualize visuals and user experiences based on requirements
  • Collaborate with copywriters, product managers, and engineers to produce final designs
  • Participate on user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
  • Define acceptable success criteria/metric of product design, and conduct effective usability testing to measure
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and align with product-brand guidelines
  • Utilize and maintain design systems, patterns, and guidelines
  • 3-5 years of experience in product UX-UI design, mobile app, mobile web, desktop web. Please include your portfolio with your application.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing design principles and user-centered methodologies
  • Strong experience with MUI design system, Figma, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience working with front-end engineers to convert designs into functional interfaces
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and implement design decisions and research findings to stakeholders
  • Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
  • Passionate about empowering Indonesia’s digital economy and accelerating digital wealth distribution
