The purpose of the Account Manager is to assist in the media planning and buying of marketing campaigns for our clients. The Account Manager will be executing and optimising campaigns across offline channels (OOH, radio) whilst managing client relationships across the accounts.

You'll be responsible for:
- Supporting your manager and team to deliver across account deliverables including reporting, optimisation tactics, quality-checks and implementing best practice approaches to performance media
- Owning the build of offline media campaigns and creative changes ensuring a high level of detail is observed and are aligned to the client brief
- Monitoring live campaigns to drive the best performance possible. You know your campaigns pacing and results like the back of your hand and the levers to get better performance
- Submitting awards for record breaking campaign initiatives
- Assisting in the development of insights for reporting, laddering up to the ‘so what?’
- Leading the account administration including finance. Owning the loading of campaign spends into our invoicing system accurately and reconciling budgets monthly
- Identifying areas for account improvement and feedback to the team
The person we're looking for is:
- 3-4 years’ experience in media planning and buying role across offline channels (OOH, radio)
- You have a keen desire to further your career as a rounded Investment Manager. You are hungry for experience executing, optimising and reporting on campaigns across offline channels
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. You can create Pivot tables with your eyes closed
- Demonstrated experience driving performance outcomes for your clients
- Ability to execute tasks with high attention to detail and a minimal error rate
- Demonstrated experience taking ownership of your tasks and can prioritise effectively when handling concurrent tasks
- Open to probing for clarity and asking questions when tasks or outputs are not clear

- Close attention to detail in your work, ensuring accuracy and precision in analysis, documentation, or execution of tasks
- Actively collaborates with team members and broader agency, sharing knowledge, insights, and best practices

- A willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, methodologies, or industry trends
- A performance-centric focus. Striving to deliver solutions or services that meet or exceed campaign goals
- Manages time effectively to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high quality work output consistently
- Actively seeks opportunities for process optimisation, efficiency gains, or skill enhancement
