We’re looking for someone who can transform the latest trends into engaging, brand-consistent content that resonates with audiences across all social platforms.Who You Are:• Internet Culture Geek: You live and breathe online culture, memes, and the latest social media trends. Whether it's the hottest TikTok dance or the latest meme, you're always in the know and ready to share with your team.• Social Media Enthusiast: You’re the first to jump on new trends, effects, sounds, and tracks, and you have a knack for translating them into engaging content.• Bilingual Storyteller: You craft captivating stories in both English and Spanish, creating content that connects with diverse audiences. Your knowledge of Hispanic-American culture adds depth and relevance to everything you create.• Creative Doer: You’ve got a hands-on, get-it-done attitude with a knack for making cool work. Whether it's conceptualizing or writing, you dive in and get the job done with flair.• Collaborative Team Player: You thrive in a team environment, bringing humor, charm, and creative energy to every project. You work well with other high-performing creatives to deliver standout, polished content.• Gen-Z Savvy: You understand Gen-Z culture and can translate big ideas and brand campaigns into social content that speaks directly to this audience.Responsibilities:• Trendspotting Pro: Keep up with the ever-changing social media landscape and pop culture references. Stay ahead of trends and incorporate them into your creative.• Copywriter Extraordinaire: Conceptualize, write, and produce engaging content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and beyond. Ensure all content aligns with brand personality and goals.• Brand Consistency Keeper: Work closely with social strategists and creatives to ensure quality and consistency in brand messaging across all social media channels.• Dynamic Storyteller & Client Whisperer: Able to write up, explain, and present ideas to client in a clear, succinct, and engaging way.• Detail-Oriented Dynamo: Bring your A-game to every piece of copy, from punctuation perfection to channeling the brand voice. Your work ethic is as robust as your attention to detail.• Cross-Channel Perfection: One concept, so many messaging mediums — you’ll be a master at making an idea translate effectively and flawlessly across all marketing assets. You’ll work on everything from big budget 360 brand campaigns to organic social posts.QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For:• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in both English and Spanish is a must. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
