We are LGBTQ+- founded, and for 30 years have strongly believed that diversity is one of the key drivers of great creative and one of the keys to our success.We're looking to add to our team of experts, and can't wait to meet you!QUALIFICATIONS• Bachelor's in Fine Arts, Design, or related field• 10+ years of experience• Experience in a range of therapeutic categories• A history of excelling in the demanding pharma space• Experience in campaign launches, from concepting and shooting through execution.RESPONSIBILITIES• Creative Direction through all phases. New business, pitching, ramp-up and delivery• Building a creative team culture through inspired motivation, allowing each member to grow, build their practice and create better work• Defining and managing creative workflow for healthcare-specific work, representing the Creative team in the account cross-functional leadership• Participate in the development of strategic briefs that hone in on business objectives, audience demand and landscape realities• Be a resource for imre health to solve creative problems across all clients and audiences (patients, HCPs)• Collaborate with the business development team to communicate conceptual ideas effectively in pitches and proposals, showcasing the agency's creative expertise and commitment to client success.SKILLS• A deep understanding of the different approaches to marketing to patients vs. HCPs• A business acumen and a practical approach to balancing your creative appetite• Able to sell ideas in internally and with clients. A master communicator who can talk creative strategy and campaign concepts.• Strong conceptor, ability to contribute to larger-scale projects and/or new business.• Experience presenting concepts, messaging, ads, etc, alongside client to MLR teams• Strong presentation skillsSalary Range: 175k-200kimre is an equal employment opportunity employer.
