You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize and execute creative solutions across various mediums, including print, digital, and multimedia platforms.Key Responsibilities:Content Creation: Work with a copywriter to develop ideas for integrated advertising campaigns including websites, social media, OOH, digital content, broadcast, experiential and beyond.Concept Development: Develop and present creative concepts that meet project objectives and elevate our brand presence.Design Execution: Oversee the execution of visual design from concept to final hand-off, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and high standards of quality.Client Collaboration: Partner with clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and effectively communicate design solutions.Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver exceptional results.Team Development: Mentor and guide junior team members, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.Trend Awareness: Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations to continually enhance our creative offerings.QualificationsBachelor's degree, or similar in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field.Strong portfolio showcasing creative projects across various platforms.Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to think strategically and solve complex design challenges.Additional InformationWhat we offer:Opportunity to build something new and differentCompetitive salary vs. industry benchmarks for experience levelMedical/dental benefitsPhone subsidiesA dynamic and results-driven team
