We're looking for a Junior Art Director to help adapt NIVEA's global campaigns into creative and native ideas for digital media and social channels. If you're passionate about design and digital trends, this is your opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Adapt global creative concepts into native executions for digital media and social platforms.
• Design visual content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, Pinterest, and other digital formats.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and values.
• Collaborate with Copy and Strategy teams to generate innovative ideas.

Requirements:

• English level C1 or higher for working with international teams
• Proficiency in design tools like Photoshop and Firefly.
• Creative thinking and ability to develop innovative ideas.
• Knowledge of digital trends and curiosity to stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and new formats.

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Figma.
• Knowledge of Precision Marketing and modular creativity.
• Experience with Creative X.
