Joining Spark Foundry means contributing to meaningful media strategies for some of the most beloved brands while developing your career in a supportive environment.Skills• 3+ years of experience in the media business, with video experience preferred• Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills• Strong negotiating abilities• Proficiency in Mediaocean, MBox, Nielsen Net Rating, Comscore, AdRelevance, eMarketer, Forrester, and other third-party ad measurement tools• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills• Strong quantitative and analytical abilitiesResponsibilities• Own client accounts and build strong working relationships• Manage and mentor team members• Arrange and run client and team meetings• Negotiate total video purchases, including digital OLV• Oversee development and presentation of media POVs for clients• Address corporate ownership issues with clients• Conduct marketplace analyses• Troubleshoot billing and allocation issues• Assist with relevant research projects• Prepare and present strategies and upfronts to clients• Manage daily/monthly/quarterly stewardship of buys• Aid in upfront negotiations and budget developmentQualifications• 3+ years of experience in the media business• Video experience preferred• Strong communication and presentation skills• Excellent negotiation and technical skills• Ability to work collaboratively with teams• Demonstrated leadership and professionalismEducation Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferredEducation Requirements Credential Category• Business, Communication, Media, or related fieldsExperience Requirements• At least 3 years of relevant experience in media investment or related roles• Proven experience in managing teams and client relationshipsWhy work in New York, NYNew York City is a vibrant hub of culture, innovation, and opportunity, making it a desirable location for career development.
