At Team H&M, we manage full-funnel, cross-channel planning, activation and digital strategic development for H&M’s Paid Social, Paid Search and Programmatic activity across 60 markets worldwide.
Our team structure replicates a single-client agency set-up with three core functions: Strategy, Planning and Activation. With a total headcount of 50, we are based in four different offices: London (20), India (20), Colombia (7) and New York (3), with all client leadership and strategy governance sitting in the London office.
The Media Operations Director will;
- Ensure that all team members have clear goals to work towards, and put in regular check-ins to see how they're tracking against them
- Support the Manager to improve their own teams' WoW and processes
- Provide useful insight and recommendations which help the teams
- Seamlessly lead the priority projects for H&M
- Support your team with project management of other projects for H&M
- Provide the wider team tools and training to lead their own projects for H&M using best-in-class practice
- On occasion and when the needs arise, use your project management experience to support other projects across the business
- Lead relationship with and own product roadmap with our project management partner Wrike and maximise usage of the tools to increase productivity and efficiency
- Review and refine current process in place to optimise our resources
- Develop your and your teams understanding of technology and automation across the team
- Design and define internal workflow across team to drive synergy across the following with a focus on technology and automation
This is a 12 months fixed-term contract, maternity cover.
