We are currently seeking a Paid Social Account Director to lead the team on one of our luxury accounts.
The role focuses on delivering market leading social strategy, innovation and brilliant client servicing. You will be responsible for overseeing all paid social activation and will be one of the main point of contact for the client, dealing directly with key stakeholders.
You will be leading a team consisting of one Manager, one Senior Executive and one Executive – enabling their growth and development. You will report into a Business Director.
As an Account Director, you will also be part of a leadership team where you will be expected to contribute with new ideas and new ways of working, driving forward our business as well as the client and team you specifically lead.
What will you be doing?
This role is ideal for someone who has a proven record of leading global social accounts, has worked with a variety of different clients, can sell in ideas and drive innovation. We are looking for someone with a great record in managing teams and keeping team members engaged and motivated. The ideal candidate will be a Junior AD or a Senior AM with a solid background in Paid Social, ready to step up to the next challenge. Passion for digital, an open mind and an ability to work well with people are a must.
