Job Description

Within Publicis Media sits Publicis Commerce, the team is a highly collaborative group of subject-matter experts, and Publicis Commerce is a trusted partner to clients in navigating the complexities and emerging opportunities of the Commerce landscape, whether that be through marketplaces, eRetail or emerging direct-to-consumer channels.

We are seeking a talented Retail Media Account Director to lead on L'Oreal with support of our talented Retail Media senior leadership team across strategic development and execution of retail media campaigns for them! 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement client growth strategies across platforms like Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, and Criteo. Hands on experience with these platforms is essential 
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary contact for issue resolution and strategy alignment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of account managers in eCommerce strategies and campaign optimization.
  • Campaign Optimization: Oversee campaign accuracy, monitor performance metrics, and integrate cross-functional strategies.
  • Financial Management: Ensure financial accuracy, budget oversight, and optimize spend for ROI.
  • Industry Engagement: Collaborate with partners such as Amazon, Criteo, and retailers to drive innovation and stay ahead of trends.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience within retail media  and/or agency environments, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, or Criteo.
  • Proven success in managing large accounts, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of search and Amazon Advertising strategies, including knowledge of other digital media channels, attribution models, conversion rate optimization, "retail readiness," and consumer behaviour.
  • Preferred certifications or experience with Amazon Advertising Foundations, Sponsored Ads Foundations, Amazon Vendor Central, Amazon Brand Analytics, Amazon DSP, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo, or other retailer-specific platforms would be a bonus.
