Senior Associate Negotiator, Local Investment - job 1 of 2

PMX is an omnichannel activation powerhouse that drives smart application of investment through leveraging scale, marketplace innovation, deeper partnerships and knowledge. PMX is at the forefront of the converging marketplace building data-informed, tech-enabled media to help marketers connect with consumers in a measurable way. 

You will be the critical thread connecting the marketplace to client goals and outcomes. In this role your understanding of marketplace pricing and dynamics will be important to our success.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations. You will report to Senior Vice President, Investment Operations.

Your Impact:

• Create and activate smart, inclusive and efficient advertising solutions in your assigned local markets (usually low-mid ranked or low-mid complexity markets)
• Manage timelines, client guidelines, and ensure performance metrics are achieved
• Manage campaign performance reporting and total agreement fulfillment
• Cultivate relationships with partners/vendors that add value for our clients
• Be an expert on the individual nuances in your assigned markets and know how to use market strengths to our client’s best advantage
• Be an expert on the leading local buying platforms and tools
• Collaborate with our team to share your knowledge and to further develop your skills and the skills of other team members
• You will have the support of our Supervisors and Management to fuel your growth and maximize your potential
• You will have access to additional training on a vast library of advertising content
• Potential for advancement and future career growth

• 1+ years of experience negotiating Local Video or Audio Investment
• Have experience with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), HMX, OX and Prisma, media platforms
• Understand local media measurement (Nielsen and Comscore)

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $61,500.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
