About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer (Sr. Content Designer) to join the Investment Solutions Product team. This role is the design discipline lead to multidisciplinary product teams, technologists and engagement team members. The Senior UX/UI Designer will create as well as translate schematic wireframes to high fidelity mockups and work with developers and animators to create stunning prototypes.In this role, you will:• Oversee full design process from establishing requirements, defining features, and developing deliverables rooted in user-centered design and feasibility• Design easy-to-use, intuitive user experiences and interfaces for a variety of projects and applications with consideration to end-user platforms/browsers• Support product discovery efforts (i.e., develop client journey maps, engage in client interviews, conduct user research, etc.)• Work with products & clients to understand business requirements and processes in relation to contextual user behavior for superior design proposals.• Deliver high-quality design solutions under tight deadlines and with input from many cross-functional stakeholders and user feedbackRequired Qualifications:• 4+ years of Graphic or Website Design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, educationDesired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, UX Design, Industrial or Product Design• A minimum of 2 years experience supporting financial services product content• 3 years experience in tools such as: Photoshop, Illustrator, Creative Cloud apps, Sketch, Keynote, InVision, Figma and other prototyping software• Ability to develop and validate design concepts through sketches, wireframes, visual comps, and prototypes• Experience communicating and interacting with clients• Experience developing client journey maps, personas and conducting user research / studies• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment• Excellent written and oral communication skills; writing, publishing and conference-level presentation skills a plusJob Expectations:• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship• This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
