We are on the hunt for a Strategy Director who’s not just looking for a job, but is driven to make a mark—on their career, our agency, and the entire industry. 🌟 What You’ll Do: You’ll spearhead innovative brand, communications, and media strategies that not only drive powerful creative work but deliver real brand and commercial impact. Whether you’re crafting campaigns that connect beauty brands with Gen Z or helping blue-chip clients embrace new commerce realities, your influence will be felt across every project.

🚀 Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a rare individual—someone with a deep understanding of brand growth, a flair for media planning, and a knack for collaboration. You’ll be the strategic lead clients turn to, guiding them through a dynamic media landscape, and elevating our agency’s standing in the industry.

👊 Your Mission:

  • Be the go-to for communication and media strategy, forming strong client relationships, crafting winning responses to briefs, and leading breakthrough work.
  • Stay ahead of the curve with industry insights, trends, and innovations.
  • Shape the future by collaborating with our CSO to create a new strategy system, streamlining processes and harnessing the power of AI.
  • Lead, grow, and inspire our CPG strategy discipline, building a team that excels in the ever-evolving marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience in communications and media planning across digital and offline channels.
  • Expertise in creating and implementing media strategies with a strong understanding of consumer behavior and technology.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry research, marketing effectiveness studies, and campaign case studies.
  • Strong digital media understanding, including attribution modeling, first-party data usage, and integrating brand and performance efforts.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with experience working in diverse, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Proficiency in media research tools, organizational skills, and hands-on experience with media planning, including global/local models and retail/commerce.
