Job Description

How You’ll Make an Impact

The Vice President, Client Lead will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of leaders in our growing Dining Vertical, collaborating with cross-functional partners to develop innovative solutions and build enduring client relationships. You'll directly contribute to Epsilon's growth by exceeding revenue targets and driving measurable client success stories that span our enterprise suite of solutions. The VP, Client Lead will report to the Leader of our Dining vertical and work closely with assigned Epsilon clients to create strong relationships and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with stakeholders from Business Development, Account Management, Delivery, Finance and Product Development all to drive client retention and revenue growth. This position also requires a high degree of collaboration with other Publicis agencies servicing the client.

What You’ll Achieve

  • Be a Strategic Growth Partner:  Drive significant revenue growth by identifying innovative solutions to expand client adoption of Epsilon's offerings, focusing on the value Epsilon delivers in solving client challenges
  • Forge Enduring Client Relationships: Build trust with key decision-makers, becoming a trusted advisor who understands their unique challenges and tailors solutions for success
  • Develop Winning Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to craft winning sales strategies and strategic account plans, ensuring alignment and achieving ambitious revenue target
  • Become an Industry Authority:  Gain a deep understanding of your assigned industry to position Epsilon's solutions for optimal value and identify emerging opportunities
  • Champion Results-Oriented Leadership: Prioritize critical initiatives like revenue growth, performance improvement, and navigating complex situations to propel business forward
  • Cultivate a Collaborative High-Performance Team: Foster a dynamic environment where your team thrives.  Empower them to elevate their skills in product expertise, management, and professional presence through individualized development
  • Embrace Urgency and Executive Presence:  Navigate diverse relationships with a strong executive presence. Cultivate a sense of urgency to ensure timely execution and capitalize on opportunities.

Who You Are

  • 15+ years of diverse client management experience across client-side, ad solutions, direct marketing, and agency settings (experience in Dining preferred)
  • Strong business acumen and strategic planning skills, adept at identifying new business opportunities and closing deals
  • Deep experience in data-driven marketing with a solid understanding of the adtech (including programmatic experience) and martech ecosystems and how technology delivers tangible business outcomes in support of a data-driven vision
  • Proven track record of growing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders (internal and external), achieving significant revenue expansion
  • Consultative and solution-oriented approach, adept at assessing client needs, defining a vision and crafting impactful communication strategies
  • Demonstrated success in developing, managing, and nurturing client and agency relationships that include varying organizational cultures and personalities
  • Experience building and leading high-performing marketing teams, fostering collaboration and professional development
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills to excel in a fast-paced environment while coaching others
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a drive to achieve ambitious goals
