- CPA license
- Experience in SEC registrant company
- Strong GAAP knowledge
- Analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee all accounting activities
- Lead the development of technical accounting positions
- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and annual close processes
- Provide financial support, forecasting, and budgeting
- Act as key liaison for audits
- Coach and develop accounting staff

- CPA license
