It creates a critical bottleneck that every project must traverse. Work directly with founding team on key business objectives
Design and implement critical projects that take our broader business - but specifically data, finance, and revenue operations â to the next level
Build new scalable systems from the ground-up
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and permitting teams
Pitch in on everything from managing the day-to-day of our business to shaping our strategy for the coming years
Bring 1-3 years of operations experience in consulting or a high growth environment (revenue operations experience is a plus)
Eager to gain ownership, not just visibility, across a variety of business areas of focus and build both a strategic and tactical business skillset
Undeterred by ambiguity and excited to find the right problems to solve
Display a bias towards action, independence, and ownership â but thrive in collaborative environments and consider cross-functional work a âmust-haveâ in a next role
Keen to dive into data, distill insights, and implement business changes based on findings
Comfortable with data analysis tools like Excel (preference for experience with SQL and data visualization)
