We’re a high-performing team looking for passionate, execution-focused, self-starters to help us build equity management tools for founders. Pulley is growing quickly with over 3000 customers including unicorns like Clubhouse, Birdies, and Coda - all within our first year of product launch. 

Our trajectory is fueled by top investors like Founders’ Fund, Stripe, General Catalyst, Caffeinated Capital, 8vc, Elad Gil, among other great angels. All of our growth has been organic, and we’re growing the team to meet the demand.

🌟 Full Stack Engineer, Product

We’re looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer that is an expert in their field to join our Product Engineering team. You’ll work closely across teams to translate stakeholder’s requirements into tangible technical strategies. You’ll take on the role of an empathetic and hands-on leader who will set their team up for success. You’ll have an intimate knowledge of Pulley’s codebase and have the opportunity to roll up your sleeves and contribute code in addition to code review.

🛠 Responsibilities

  • Understand and translate business needs into technical goals; and translate technical details into clear requirements that cross-functional stakeholders can understand
  • Make key architectural and technology adoption decisions to help drive the product’s scalability
  • Maintain a high bar for code quality and contribute your own code to the codebase
  • Lead by example, promote a culture of egoless learning, and take on a mentorship role

🙌 Qualifications & Fit

  • 2+ years of experience in frontend development
  • A deep understanding or desire to work in Golang and React
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts to stakeholders across a variety of disciplines

Annual Salary Range: $105,000—$125,000 USD, plus equity to be negotiated.
