We are currently expanding our team at Pure Barre seeking a qualified Sales Manager that is focused on driving sales and service excellence for our luxury fitness brand. This is the perfect opportunity to interact with clients on a daily basis to create a supportive and meaningful community!COMPENSATION & PERKS:• This position offers a very competitive base rate with Commission paid on sales and monthly bonus if all sales goals are met• Training and advancement opportunities• Complimentary Pure Barre Membership while employed• Employee Retail DiscountsDUTIES:Sales Duties – 100%• Lead generation including attending Grass Roots Marketing and networking events• Implement sales process to schedule prospects into introductory classes• Assist with studio retail sales• Manage memberships in studio CRM Platform• Ensure that Sales Representatives are hitting metrics set forth by owner.REQUIREMENTS:• 2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience preferred• Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Representatives• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail sales• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred• Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment• Must be solution-based and results oriented, competitive spirit• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgement• An affinity and passion for fitness• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients and the general publicPure Barre is closely following the 2019 Novel Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19), and implementing processes that promote the safety of our employees, candidates, members, and community.Pure Barre is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
