Analyze current product configurations and identify opportunities for redesign
Collaborate with engineering teams to develop optimized product configurations
Conduct process analysis and mapping using diagramming tools
Create process diagrams and documentation
Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams
Gather and document detailed business requirements
Develop functional specifications
Support design, testing of product restructure and CPQ process
Provide training to end-users
Monitor project progress and identify risks

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Information Technology
Master's Degree preferred
