This aligns with Pure’s Evergreen® subscription policy.• Work closely with numerous cross-functional teams, including Product Management, Finance, Sales, Delivery, Support, Logistics, and Certified Delivery Partner teams (CDPs).• Steer the program to ensure it stays on track, prioritize and make strategic decisions, and continuously review and improve to identify efficiencies.SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...• Program Leadership: Drive execution and provide oversight to ensure progress aligns with the forecast and plan.• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate regularly with Executive Leadership and Stakeholders, providing clear reports and documentation.• Steer Program Strategy and Planning: Maintain the program’s vision and roadmap while aligning with Pure’s strategic goals and company strategy.• Team Leadership: Mentor project managers and team members, fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.• Collaboration: Work closely with Product Management and Senior CX Stakeholders to address and resolve any issues or conflicts within the program.• Quality Assurance: Ensure high-quality results and non-disruptive activities for customers, aligning with Pure’s ‘Customer first’ principle. Manage risks across the program.• Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to enhance processes, tools, and methodologies for greater efficiency and effectiveness.• Financial and Performance ManagementWhat You’ll Need To Bring To This Role...• Experience:• Proven track record in leading global, customer-facing strategic programs.• Minimum of 5 years in program management, managing multiple large-scale projects or programs simultaneously.• Preferred industry experience in IT, Data Storage, or Communication.• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CSM, or similar credentials are preferred.• Key Skills and Competencies:• Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligning with organizational goals.• Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.• Leadership Team Management: Inspire and motivate teams, manage conflict, and drive high performance.• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, interacting effectively with stakeholders at all levels.• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with program execution.• Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.• Problem-solving Skills: Critical thinking to solve complex problems within program management.• Change Management: Experience managing organizational change and leading transitions.• Negotiation and Conflict Resolution: Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution to handle disputes and align stakeholders.• Software:• Google Suite• Salesforce• ServiceNow• Program Management ToolingYou will be based in Durham, North Carolina. As this is an office-centric role, you are expected to be present in the office for 3 days a week, with variations depending on business needs as outlined in Pure's Hybrid Work Policy.The annual base salary range is $137,000–$206,000, determined based on role, level, and location.
