Pure Storage is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their 24x7 Support team in North Carolina, focusing on resolving hardware and software issues in diverse environments.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively seek to understand customer expectations
  • Answer and resolve support cases across all severity levels
  • Own and track customer issues using ticket tracking system
  • Own all customer facing communications
  • Share and document knowledge via FAQ / KB articles
  • Mentor junior support engineers
  • Manage multiple projects/support cases simultaneously
  • Champion customer issues internally
  • Lead large multi participant customer calls

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
