Technical Services Engineer, FlashBlade

Pure Storage is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join their 24x7 Support team in North Carolina, focusing on resolving hardware and software issues in diverse environments.

Skills

Technical troubleshooting skills
Experience supporting hardware and software products
Knowledge of operating systems
Ability to triage issues
Good organizational and time-management skills
Exceptional customer service skills

Responsibilities

Proactively seek to understand customer expectations
Answer and resolve support cases across all severity levels
Own and track customer issues using ticket tracking system
Own all customer facing communications
Share and document knowledge via FAQ / KB articles
Mentor junior support engineers
Manage multiple projects/support cases simultaneously
Champion customer issues internally
Lead large multi participant customer calls

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical field
