Right now, we’re expanding and looking for experienced Physician Recruiters to join our team as 1099 contractors.


What It Means to Be 1099:
As a 1099 contractor, you're an independent recruiter—your own boss. You cover your own business expenses (job boards, tools, networking) and earn competitive commissions on successful placements. There’s no base salary—just unlimited earning potential based on your results.


The Role: Full Cycle Recruiter – Physician Focus
You’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding—focused on placing physicians in both locum tenens and permanent roles across the U.S. This role requires deep industry knowledge, a strong track record, and high-output hustle.


What You’ll Do:

Source & Attract

  • Use job boards, databases, networking, and referrals to find top physician talent
     
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates across various specialties
     

Screen & Select

  • Review CVs, conduct phone screens, and assess fit and licensure
     
  • Schedule interviews with clients and manage timelines efficiently
     

Offer & Onboard

  • Work with hiring managers to extend offers and finalize terms
     
  • Guide candidates through credentialing and onboarding to ensure a smooth start
     

Track Metrics

  • Own your KPIs: submittals, interviews, offers, placements
     
  • Report outcomes and optimize your approach based on data
     


Requirements

 

? Proven success placing physicians in locums and/or perm roles (required)  

? Full-cycle recruiting experience with strong sourcing skills  

? Metrics-focused approach—you know your numbers and deliver results  

? Experience with an ATS and sourcing tools  

? High accountability, independence, and drive
