Position Overview:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Lifecycle Marketing Manager to enhance our team. This role is pivotal in developing and executing marketing strategies that foster customer engagement, retention, and loyalty throughout the customer journey with PushPress. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our customer lifecycle marketing efforts, from onboarding to advocacy, utilizing data-driven insights to personalize communication and improve customer experiences.
Responsibilities- Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to nurture leads, increase customer retention, and promote loyalty.
- Develop segmentation strategies for targeted communications based on customer behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagement metrics.
- Manage and optimize automated marketing campaigns, including email marketing, in-app messages, and personalized outreach initiatives.
- Work closely with the Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create a cohesive customer journey that enhances product adoption and satisfaction.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement in the customer experience.
- Create and manage a content calendar that aligns with lifecycle marketing goals, ensuring consistent and relevant communication with our customer base.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing strategies, using metrics to guide future decisions and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in lifecycle marketing to continuously improve our efforts.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in lifecycle or customer engagement marketing, preferably within a SaaS company or the fitness industry.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Intercom).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different stages of the customer journey.
- A deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and how to leverage marketing tactics to influence customer behavior positively.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, fast-paced team environment.
