People Operations Generalist

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining and advancing our people processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will collaborate closely with our teams to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.

• Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving people processes and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume review, interviewing, and hiring.
• Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
• Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.

• Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the performance review process including coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
• Assist with benefits administration, and leave management within our PEO system.
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance team morale and foster a strong company culture.
• Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with leadership to develop and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.

• Stay current with HR trends and best practices, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our people operations.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2-4 years of experience in HR or people operations roles.
• Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite.
• Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
• Experience in the tech or fitness industry is a plus.
