About the role:

We are seeking a People Operations Generalist to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will be instrumental in refining and advancing our people processes, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. You will collaborate closely with our teams to support key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
What you will do:- Participate in projects and initiatives aimed at improving people processes and organizational effectiveness.
- Assist with managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume review, interviewing, and hiring.
- Coordinate and conduct new hire onboarding, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new employees.
- Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance and support.
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the performance review process including coaching and guidance to managers on performance management best practices.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, updating policies as necessary.
- Assist with benefits administration, and leave management within our PEO system.
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance team morale and foster a strong company culture.
- Conduct regular employee surveys to gauge satisfaction and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with leadership to develop and promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
- Stay current with HR trends and best practices, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance our people operations.
What you need:- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years of experience in HR or people operations roles.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Google Suite.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Experience in the tech or fitness industry is a plus.

$70,000 - $90,000 a year
