These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives.

In Oracle programme management at PwC, you will focus on overseeing and managing large-scale Oracle implementation projects within an organisation. You will coordinate multiple projects, resources, and stakeholders to enable successful delivery of Oracle solutions. In this area, you will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and mitigate risks.

Translating the vision, you set the tone, and inspire others to follow. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping the direction of client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. The Opportunity

As part of the Oracle Program Management team you will oversee the coordination and integration of multiple related projects to achieve strategic objectives. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, drive business development efforts, and maintain impactful executive-level client relations while fostering an environment of mentorship and leadership.

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree

- 12 years of experience

What Sets You Apart

- Certification(s) Preferred: Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, Agile, or Oracle Cloud

- Demonstrating thought leadership in project management

- Driving integrated project planning and governance

- Managing stakeholder engagement and resource allocation

- Identifying and addressing project risks and issues

- Preparing and conducting program status meetings

- Assisting clients with Oracle Cloud implementation/support

- Demonstrating project management skills and executing Oracle Cloud based solutions

The salary range for this position is: $148,000 - $317,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
