Program Manager - Subsea Robotics - Manta

What’s the role?

As a program manager at Manta you will lead the development of our underwater vehicle together with our technical leads. You will play an important role on our company’s innovation journey. Depending on your profile, your work tasks may include:

• Lead incremental planning of development activities.
• Combine agile practices with traditional project management.
• Field trips to learn the domain.
• Ensure a structured process for development

You will work in our brand-new facilities at IMA one in Linköping. Travel can be included as a part of the job. We offer the possibility to work from home 1-2 days per week.

What are we looking for?

• A curious, forward and pragmatic mindset
• Experience from project management in early development stages
• Engineering degree in relevant field
• At least 10 years’ work experience within engineering
