RFP Supervisor (Business Development & Client Services Operations)

Pzena Investment Management, LLC is seeking a dedicated individual to join our Marketing & Client Services team as an RFP Supervisor. This role involves supporting new business growth by completing RFPs/DDQs and responding to client requests.

Skills

Asset management marketing experience
Exceptional writing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Knowledge of investments and financial products (preferred)

Responsibilities

Review, edit, and approve RFPs, DDQs, RFIs, and client requests
Proactively address client requests and complete documentation
Articulate investment philosophy and process in writing
Coordinate responses with internal teams
Maintain RFP databases and improve standard language
