The Role
We are looking for a quality assurance manager who can supercharge our release process and own our roadmap for both manual and automated testing.
What You’ll Do
Lead engineers for both manual and automated testing
Evaluate where we are with automation, build a path to improvement, and help keep us on that path
Be a test automation evangelist within the company
Help integrate testing into our CI/CD pipelines
Help decide on technology choices and tool selection
Be a guide to engineers, helping them produce useful and productive tests
Support release engineering functions to incorporate testing within our product lifecycle
Act as a mentor and lead by example
What You'll Need
Experience, both as a thoughtful manager and as an engineer
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Good working knowledge of software testing methodology
Hands-on experience in transitioning to test automation
Prior experience in writing test scripts for web-based software in JavaScript, Java, Go or Python
Mobile testing experience
Strong CI/CD and test automation experience
Prior Experience with HIPPA/HITRUST/SOC 2 compliance and security is a big plus
Working at Lark
Lark offers the option to work remotely in the United States. For Colorado Applicants only: minimum annual salary is $146,000 (minimum salary varies for other geographies). You may also be offered a bonus, stock options and/or benefits. The company is headquartered in Mountain View, CA.
