We are looking for a passionate, results oriented, and motivated self-starter to shape QA practices across AI/ML products. Reporting ti the Director of Engineering, the QA Lead will build the QA process and work with Product Design, Engineering, Infrastructure and external partnerships to define and build QA practice.
You will get work with a team of high-energy and dedicated product managers, designers and engineers to impact the lives of developers by simplifying innovation for them. This role is a great opportunity for experienced QA Leads with expertise in cloud services development who want to have a real impact, both within the company and in the developer community at large, and launch products that are used and loved by thousands of developers worldwide.
- Implementing and guiding quality assurance practices and testing procedures throughout the software development lifecycle promoting quality-focused practices across the team
- Mentoring a team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence
- Collaborating closely with software developers and product managers to understand product specifications and facilitate appropriate test plans
- Monitoring and reviewing key QA metrics
- Ability to collaborate and lead a matrixes cross-functional Product Development team
- Hands-on, proven experience and domain knowledge in QA, preferably building and delivering cloud services
- Ability to analyze data and articulate hypothesis in terms of objective measures and project KPI impact of new initiatives
- Technical knowledge to collaborate with engineering teams on a translating the business needs into product requirements
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to drive productive meetings
- Experience mentoring engineering teams on their QA journey
- Experience with product and service integrates with internal and external partners is a plus
- We reward our employees. The base salary range for this position is between $120,000-$160,000 based on relevant years of experience and skills. The salary range for this role is specific to candidates located within the U.S. and will vary for candidates outside the U.S.. The salary range for this position is based on relevant years of experience and skills. Employees may qualify for a bonus in addition to base salary; bonus amounts are determined based on company and individual performance. We also provide equity compensation to eligible employees including grants of equity upon hire and the option to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Program.
