The Product Analyst, Flight Products is a role within our Products and Ancillary Revenue Team reporting to the Commercial & Insights Manager and looks after Jetstar’s Ancillary Product Portfolio. In this role you will conduct analysis and gather insights on customer behaviour, competitor airlines and relationships within the flight products portfolio. Your analysis will ensure our products meet customers' needs across every market and channel. You will track existing product performance for P&L purposes whilst also working to optimise the overall portfolio of bundles and a la carte products to ensure overall profitability is achieved.
You will work closely with a team of product specialists to ensure the right customer insights and commercials drive product design decisions across the flight products portfolio to ensure we meet our portfolio growth targets, as well as supporting the team delivering large transformational and cross-functional projects. We are a dynamic team and we are looking for someone with a can-do attitude who wants to collaborate and contribute to a great work environment. Self-starters that have strong commercial acumen, can think critically and enjoy complex problem solving will thrive in this role.
