The Senior Product Specialist, Airline Lounge Products plays a key role in managing the commercial aspects of the business portfolio, focusing on driving revenue growth and managing costs. This role is responsible for overseeing contracts, explore revenue initiatives and leads, and optimizing costs while managing product lifecycles.
The Senior Product Specialist, Airline Lounge Products will also handle contract administration, scenario modeling, and analyzing trends to identify risks and opportunities, and ensuring accurate billing and invoicing. Additionally, the role involves continuous improvement of commercial products, processes, and systems.
The Senior Commercial Specialist will act as the central point of contact for all commercial matters, collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to drive insights and optimise performance. The role requires strong communication and collaboration skills to work with various teams, ensuring that both revenue and cost objectives are met while supporting the overall strategic goals of the business.
You'll have:
5 + years' experience in managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience in stakeholder management and relationship building, fostering strong connections both internally and externally.
Advanced analytical skills, with the ability to analyse complex data and derive actionable insights to drive business outcomes.
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks while managing multiple projects efficiently.
High business acumen, with a deep understanding of financial metrics and how they impact business strategy and decision-making.
Experience in contract negotiation and supplier management, ensuring optimal commercial outcomes.
Ability to drive change and innovation, contributing to continuous improvement and the successful execution of new initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in dynamic and fast-paced environments, adjusting to changing priorities and business needs.
