Sales Operations Officer

We are recruiting for Sales Operations Officer. This role will be based out of any of our outstation through the United States or FLL, Florida.The Sales Operations Officer will support the Sales Operations Manager in supervising the day to day work of the sales operations team, ensuring adherence with SOPs and meeting of key performance metrics. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop processes and functionalities that enable the team to deliver five-star service for internal/ external customers, thereby enhancing the efficiency of QR revenue generating teams. Actively participate in building strong relationships and maintain good communication with regional counterparts in Sales, CBI, Shared Services, Digital and marketing, as well as head office teams in RM/Pricing, Digital, Marketing, Global Sales and Finance.Operational Accountabilities• Lead the team engaged in sales operations activities including (but not limited to) Reservations and Ticketing, Group Sales, Sales Support, Sales Systems, and Sales Administration.• Research / develop and assist in the production of B2B communication materials• Actively assist in revenue generation activities by conducting agent “discovery calls” in order to evaluate new potentials, delegate sales leads to respective sales channel owners• Use analytic tools like tableau to track revenue sales• Provide operational support to the Sales Force during sales calls, visits, trade shows, webinars, etc. Manage and keep an up-to-date sales channel mapping for agencies• Coordinate preparation and execution of agency incentive agreements• Engage with various teams for testing of newly developed business products / systems• Conduct investigations, identify improvement areas and assist with periodical audits• Manage translation of QR internal processes into customer-friendly, value added instruction to key trade customers and QR sellers and manage the communication with internal stakeholders to ensure an effective coverage of a customer perspective.Be part of an extraordinary storyYour skills. Together, everything is possible.QualificationsAbout You:The applicant must have the legal rights to work in the USA.• Minimum 4 years of job-related experience• Excellent communication skills with fluency in the English language• PC literate with very good knowledge of MS Office advanced skills (Word/PowerPoint/Excel)• Excellent relationship building and communication skills• Good knowledge of commercial contracts and finance related processes (invoice flow, ERP, payment processes)• Good knowledge of airline processes (e.g. Pricing/distribution technology), CRM systems (e.g. SalesForce) and travel industry in general• GDS experience
