The Recruitment Specialist, follows company recruitment program by complying with local, state, and federal employment laws; and ensures all candidates have completed online application, complete all interview processes, audits all of the Hiring manager interview evaluation forms, collects all the data to submit the final candidate for compensation stages. The Recruitment Specialist will audit Job descriptions to make sure they follow the Marketing and Legal guidelines of the company; audit candidate folders, to make sure we have all the proper documentation. The Recruitment Specilaist will assist Talent Acquisition Managers on administrative tasks, sourcing candidates, marketing materials, etc.Coordination of onboarding events through setting up meeting rooms, candidate travel, sending communications, finalize schedule, and organize catering.This position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager, or another management personnel that the President of the Company may designate. This position is based out of the Irvine, CA office and working hours are Monday through Thursday, from 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm PST and Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00pm local time. This position is expected to travel up to 5%.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION & RESPONSIBILITIES• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize the recruitment services• Manage key recruitment processes in alignment with Companies overall strategic goals.• Works with Talent Acquisition team, to maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) databases.• Handle confidential information and ensure data security and compliance with privacy• Administers the candidate offer process including, but not limited to the following• Prepare all final job offers, including working with the recruiters, HR operations, and/or other functional groups to gather all required documents and data• Determine and maintain pre-employment schedules to make sure the candidate has a great new hire experience;• Coordinate responses to Talent Acquisition Managers or Recruiters• Support the Hiring manager group, as needed with their new hire employee.• Maintain accurate and complete new hire folder records in accordance with record retention procedures• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.• Conduct TA audits (monthly,
