DescriptionENFIN is a financial services company that provides financing for residential solar PV customers.EnFin is seeking a dynamic and experienced Strategic Partnerships Manager to join our team. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for overseeing the seamless integration of our solar financing solutions with various partners and platforms.This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional project management skills and a strong understanding of both technical and business aspects of integrations.We are looking for someone who thrives in an ambiguous, fast paced environment, can use great judgement to make decisions and display empathy and resilience.Responsibilities• Partnership Management : Develop and maintain relationships with key partners including software providers, proposal development tools, distributors and other stakeholders involved in the integration process• Integration Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive integration strategy to ensure smooth interoperability between our financing solutions and partner platforms• Project Management : Lead cross-functional integration projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards• Technical Expertise : Collaborate with internal and external technical teams to define integration requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compatibility between systems• Documentation and Training : Develop comprehensive documentation and training materials for internal teams and partners to facilitate the integration process and ongoing support• Performance Monitoring : Establish KPIs and performance metrics to track the success of integrations, and continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness• Stay Current : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in integrations, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and competitive advantageRequired Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field• Proven experience (3-5 years) in project management + integration roles, preferably in the solar energy or financial services industry• Strong understanding of APIs, data exchange protocols, and integration technologies• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, solve complex problems, and drive results in a fast-paced environment• Experience with compliance and security requirements related to data integration and financial transactions• PMP, Agile, or other relevant certifications are a plusHanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
