Within our Customer Experience (CX) organization, we are looking for technically savvy individuals that want to help carry out the CX mission of enabling our healthcare customers to maximize the value of QGenda. Individuals that have a thirst for knowledge, a natural curiosity and desire to identify root causes of strange problems but find the most effective solutions to meet the customer’s need are who we are looking for!
As a Customer Experience intern, you will internally support exceptional customer experiences by working closely with team members to provide creative solutions to project-based assignments primarily involving the configuration of the QGenda application and readiness for the project Go-Live. You will work closely with your manager or project lead to understand the assignment and actions to complete them.
As a member of the Incubation team, you will work specifically with QGenda's growth products. In doing so, you will be at the forefront of developing best practice for QGenda’s latest products. In addition to the customer project-based assignments, you will internally be assisting in the creation of thorough documentation for processes that will bring a positive impact to all Incubation teams.
