The Global Program Manager, ISV Solutions Role
The Manager, Global Programs, is part of the Global Programs Team with primary alignment to the OEM Business segment at Qlik. This position executes high-converting marketing programs and supportive campaigns based on customer data and formal buying agenda and key messaging specific to OEM business objectives. The Global Program Manager, OEM collaborates cross functionally to engage Qlik customers and prospects along the buyer journey.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
- You’ll design, build, and orchestrate user journeys with a targeted and multi-channel approach including webinars, email, promotions via Qlik Community, Qlik Nation, Pendo, organic/paid social, with web marketing and paid media.
- Identify new opportunities, test, and analyze variations within the journeys (i.e., segments, timing, content and creative) to optimize the conversion rates.
- Global Program Plan for OEM, and relationships with agencies/vendors to build and support execution of the plan(s) – offers you the space to work autonomously and in collaboration with multiple cross departmental stakeholders.
- Manage the strategic direction of Qlik Digest for ISVs (Independent Software Vendors), Data Providers and Digital Native Businesses (i.e., what OEM content/plays/promotions to deliver in-market)
- You’ll lead a cross functional team of Qlik marketing and external agency stakeholders.
- Rally to support the sales & marketing team around shared goals in the areas of cross-sell, upsell, and renewal
- Define and drive key interlocks with: OEM Business segment leaders, Digital (Paid Media & Web) Marketing, Qlik Community, Customer Service Organization, Communications, Partner + Field Marketing, and Integrated Marketing teams to align strategy, programs, and tactics.
- You’ll drive the initiation, strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns.
- Plan - Work with Product Marketing to develop themes, determine campaign architecture, and tactical mix.
- Measure - Identify and set goals and objectives – create benchmarks where needed.
- Deliverables - Identify core bill of materials based on the needs of the campaign.
- Content - complete content audit and content map, frame out tactic timeline and match content with buyer journey, identifying any gaps. Collaborate with Product Marketing on next key content offers required.
- Ensure all content trackers are up to-date, ensure all program tactics are included in the Global Programs Collaboration calendar for regional visibility, ensure translation of relevant content are created/available to regions
- Create Webinars that speak to differentiation of OEM key messages (i.e., by Buyer Persona / Industry, etc.)
- Sales Plays + Promotions – work with sales, sales operations
- Engage in Organic social – work with the social marketing team
- Web presence & maintenance – work with the web team
- Collaborate & create strong relationships with OEM Business segment sales organization
- Engage your peer Sales stakeholders for qualitative feedback and incorporate market intel and buy-in into quarterly/half/annual plans
- Attend OEM business segment QBRs – share an update regarding upcoming Quarter - Key Highlights, Results to-date and vs. YAG (quarter/year ago). Contribute to presentations.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
- Experience & working knowledge of the ISV (Independent Software Vendors), Data Provider and Digital Native Business target segment to engage/capture attention and generate demand for optimal program results
- Ability to navigate and work with Marketing Operations to ensure accurate Marketo programs are created and executed
- Experience managing large, complex projects
- Analytical experience to measure and test program effectiveness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Demonstrated accurate execution & ability to lead with positivity (there’s room for fun!)
- Salesforce custom report creation (i.e., ability to create a report to view the # of registrants so far, responders, leads, etc.)
- ON24 – well versed in the creation of new campaign webinars – all facets
- Experience using Qlik Apps (i.e., Qlik Campaign Analytics 2.0, Qlik Unified Funnel), experience with other reporting tools for results reporting, Microsoft PPT/excel skill.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $94,493.00USD MIN –$130,000.00 MAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
