The Technical Sales Enablement Specialist Role

We are seeking a Technical Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role you will leverage Qlik’s emerging technology from our Analytics Business Unit and Data Business Unit with a focus on AI to co-develop solutions that drive sales growth, sales productivity, and reference cases using Qlik technology.

Additionally, you will be a part of a team that creates engaging and scalable technical sales enablement for Qlik’s Solution Consulting (PreSales) sales teams and Qlik’s Partner Solution Consulting role to showcase the capabilities of Qlik. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of AI and Analytics advancements, contributing to tools that will transform our sales processes and enhance our competitive edge.

This is an individual contributor role who will work closely with our Senior Technical Sales Enablement Specialists and will report to the Global Technical Enablement Manager.

• Contribute to the integration of Generative AI and other Analytics technologies into our sales enablement solutions and operations.
• Solution Development: Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of AI driven solutions to optimize customer interactions, personalize sales approaches, and predict sales trends.
• Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and related Analytics technologies, identifying opportunities for application within the sales domain.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Technical Sales Enablement Specialists to understand needs and ensure successful implementation of AI and Analytics solutions.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to sales teams on new tools and technologies, ensuring effective adoption and utilization.

Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:

• Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor the performance of AI and Analytics solutions, making adjustments and improvements as necessary to maximize impact.
• Technical Sales Enablement: Partner with Senior Technical Sales Enablement Specialists to create blended learning experiences including engaging and impactful eLearning courses, recorded on demand videos, and technical demo kits to showcase solutions.
• Inspire: Contribute a strong culture and environment where our people can thrive and feel empowered by focusing on innovation.

We’re looking for a teammate with:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience with Analytics or Data Integration and an understanding of machine learning and Generative AI
• Strong communication and time management skills
• Key attention to detail and has a high standard for the quality of their work.
• Strong interest in bringing innovative solutions to enterprise learning, enablement and sales

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $ 94,930.00USD MIN –$ 125,000.00 USDMAX per year. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
