Under the direction of a Senior Consultant or Manager, the Consultant II will provide ongoing support of Client's Data and Analytics solutions, as well as develop, and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature that provide improvements to the client’s business processes and information technology. They will be self-managed for short periods and interface regularly with clients and others outside of Wipfli.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Triage, prioritize, and/or assign incoming support requests via the Wipfli Service Desk.
• Provide regular service desk updates on work progress to Client.
• Links the client requirements to standard solutions and service offerings with guidance from senior team members.
• Modify Qlik Dashboards and integrations to fix, enhance, or add entirely new functionality
• Resolve Issues with Qlik functionality related to dashboards, data loads, and performance
• Oversee smaller segments of work assigned by project managers or other senior team members.
• Thoroughly document work within the Service Desk, with clear explanations to illustrate understanding of concepts.
• Informs project team leaders of cost, quality and schedule risks related to the scope of their portion of the engagement.
• Monitors own time on projects and communicates overages and availability in advance.
• Keeps current on technical and functional issues and attempts to apply them to client circumstances.
• Mentors Consultant I’s in their development into Consultant II’s.
• Supports the sales process by being aware of sales opportunities for add-ons and escalating Information when needed to determine scope of services to aid in solving client needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of work experience in a professional services firm or 3+ years of private industry
• Qlik Sense certifications - Architect, System Administrator, or Business Analyst
• Deep development knowledge of Qlik Sense and other Qlik products experience focused on appropriate technical area.
• Works toward obtaining additional appropriate certifications.
• Training, support or consulting advisory experience
• Experience with compliance or professional standards associated with area of expertise.
• Experience with other analytic technologies such as Power BI and Tableau
• Familiarity with SQL Server as a data source

• Ability to quickly and appropriately responds to unexpected events or changing schedules, demands, and priorities.
• Ability to balance many projects simultaneously
• Ability to get Involved In projects aligned within industries of Interest and select an Industry of focus
• Excellent Written, Verbal and Presentation skills
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Visio
