The team you’ll work with:
As a Product Designer specializing in Data Visualizations at Qloo, you will play a critical role in transforming complex data into visually compelling, intuitive insights. Working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and Chief Design Officer (CDO), you will work on the design and user experience across the full lifecycle of our data-driven product, Insights by Qloo. You will be instrumental in shaping our product’s visual narrative, helping to distill complex information into digestible and actionable insights for our users.

In this role, you will shape and enhance Insights by Qloo. Your work will drive the evolution of Qloo’s understanding of user needs, creating clear, impactful design goals and collaborating on product roadmaps. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence Qloo’s growth and innovation by crafting intuitive, actionable visualizations that leverage our unique data assets and AI capabilities. Your contributions will be instrumental in establishing Insights by Qloo as a cornerstone product within a pioneering company at the intersection of data, technology, and consumer insights.
Our ideal candidate will immediately provide value by:- Applying user-centered design principles to create intuitive and engaging data visualizations that meet the needs of our users
- Work with the CPO to guide the full product design lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and continuous iteration on visualizations.
- Translate complex data into user-friendly, actionable visualizations that address customer needs.
- Convey the product’s vision, design progress, and updates to internal teams and executive leadership.
- Partner with engineers to ensure data accuracy and that all visualizations are relevant, functional, and visually appealing.
- Conduct ongoing user research and gather insights from Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to inform product design.
- Oversee project timelines, identify and manage risks, and ensure that each stage of the design process stays on track.
To be a successful match you must have:- A portfolio showcasing your work, particularly in data visualization and user-centered design projects.
- 7+ years of experience as a Product Designer or in a similar role, ideally within data-driven or insights-oriented products.
- Direct experience designing for B2B SaaS products is essential.
- Strong ability to interpret data and convert insights into visually compelling and meaningful designs.
- Demonstrated expertise in user-centered design principles (or methodologies like Design Thinking), including experience with user research, personas, and usability testing.
- Proficiency in storytelling with data, crafting narratives that make data insights compelling and understandable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to collaborate and present ideas clearly across teams.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques, coupled with a solid understanding of user research and usability testing.
- A deep interest in the consumer insights space and a desire to create innovative, user-focused solutions.
