Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our client base in the US and Europe while managing a team of recruiters who source top talent from Asia and Latam markets. This role will involve both strategic business development and hands-on management of a recruitment team engaged in 360° recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and secure new clients in the US and Europe markets for both headhunting services and SaaS products.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the US, Europe, Asia, and Latam.
- Team Management: Lead and manage a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction to ensure they achieve their targets.
- 360° Recruitment Management: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle managed by your team, from client engagement to candidate placement, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
- Candidate Sourcing: Collaborate with your team to ensure the effective sourcing and securing of top talent from Asia and Latam markets, meeting client needs.
- SaaS Sales: Present and sell our SaaS solutions to potential clients, demonstrating how our technology can streamline their recruitment processes through AI
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and recruitment teams to align strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, team performance, pipeline progress, and market feedback to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, preferably in the recruitment or SaaS industry.
- Proven track record of successfully selling to clients in the US and Europe markets.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, especially in sourcing candidates from Asia and Latam markets.
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of recruiters, with a focus on 360° recruitment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Spanish is a strong plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
