Job Description:
• We are looking for a PLSQL developer with 6+ Years experience.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop and maintain tables, standard views, materialized views, synonyms, unique indexes, non-unique indexes, constraints, triggers, sequences, implicit cursors, explicit cursors, cursors for loops, reference cursors and other database objects.
• Extensively worked on creating database objects including tables, indexes, views, sequences, packages.
• Worked with Bulk Collections for bulk load processing. Involved in code walk through and review sessions with the development team.
• Extensively done performance tuning of oracle databases by rewriting optimized SQL queries.
• Worked on Partitioning large tables using rollback tablespace, range partitioning and created indexes on various tables to improve query performance.
• Extensively worked on SQL commands including all DDL (Data Definition Language), DML (data manipulation language), and DCL (Data Control Language).
Required Skills:
• Should have good exposure to Linux/Unix, Shell Scripting & XML.
• Good experience in using WinSCP & Putty.
• Flexible working hours (able to work in shifts, if needed).
• Must have hands on experience in coding.
• Developed Advanced PL/SQL packages, procedures, triggers, functions, cursors and collections to implement business logic using SQL developer.
• Generated SQL scripts for data validation, data conversion and manipulation and materialized the views for remote instances.
• Wrote conversion scripts using SQL, PL/SQL procedures, functions and packages to migrate data from one database (SQL Server) to Oracle platform.
Working Hours: 11:30am-8:30pm.
Workdays: Monday-Friday (Hybrid-3 days from office, 2 days from home).
