⭐ Mission:
As Qonto’s Client Development Director, you will lead a new organization combining Product Marketing, CRM, and Customer Insights teams to boost our client portfolio’s value across our four European Markets (France, Germany, Italy & Spain).
Directly reporting to our Chief Revenue Officer, Marianne, you will champion innovative strategies to boost customer activation, engagement, and retention, directly enhancing our NRR (Net Revenue Retention) and profitability.
👩💻🧑💻 As a Client Development Director at Qonto, you will:
• Define and execute Client development strategies: Build and implement cutting-edge strategies and drive product adoption, customer activation, retention, and upselling initiatives, ultimately boosting revenue from our existing client base.
• Sharpen our customer knowledge: Develop robust client segmentation and profiling strategies, and tailor contract terms and legal advice to better meet the specific needs of different client groups, enhancing customer satisfaction and compliance.
• Level up our CRM machine: Leverage and further extend our powerful tech stack to grow customer lifetime. Constantly evaluate and refine our CRM processes to ensure maximum efficiency, scalability, and adaptability to changing market dynamics.
• Build our new Client Development team: Orchestrate the efforts of our Product Marketing, CRM, and Customer Insights teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Lead and influence: Work closely with our Customer Success & Development, Country Directors, and Revenue Operations teams to ensure alignment to meet business objectives and local market specificities. Provide valuable customer feedback and insights to our Product teams to help drive product enhancements and innovations that meet evolving customer needs.

Marianne Brucy began her career in strategy consulting and has accumulated 20 years of experience across diverse industries, including Luxury, E-commerce, and Fintech. She has progressed from marketing roles to C-level positions in startups and scale-ups, where she has spent over a decade collaborating with founders and CEOs to drive growth and innovation.
What she brings to the team
Marianne is a seasoned growth strategist and business leader known for driving organizational success. She offers extensive expertise in growth and strategy, with a focus on supporting growth initiatives, including Brand, Performance Marketing, and Product Marketing, both in France and across Europe.
🏅 About You:
• Track record of developing, client development, or similar roles within fast-paced environments across multiple regions, with a strong focus on customer experience, hands-on execution (when needed), and solution-driven mindset. B2B SaaS and SMB expertise are a plus.
• Analytical skills with a deep understanding of marketing, CRM & Data Analytics to leverage data insights, and develop client development strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to navigate multi-market organizations, effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, and align cross-functional initiatives to drive business objectives.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build trust, inspire teams, and foster a positive and high-energy work environment.
• Continuous improvement mindset to help improve the workplace and ways of working to maximize the team autonomy, and minimize waste.
