Your job

You will work in our Project Organisation as a Business Analyst. You will gather business requirements from our clients and translate them into a platform configuration and technical specifications for new features. You will highly contribute to our goal to deliver the best product possible according to our clients' expectations and to rock the status quo.

Your Responsibilities

As a business analyst, you will work in the product organization of Qover. We focus on delivering a world-class Embedded Insurance Orchestration platform. This specific position is open within the project management team, where you will work closely with the project managers to define the specifications for the entire project (end-to-end customer journey, claims process, customer support process, etc.). 

●        You understand, define, evaluate and validate business requirements directly from our clients

●        You construct analysis around a specific business question, write-up a clear, usable project plan and implement it yourself with minimal guidance

●        You configure the different services within the Qover platform according to the business requirements

●        You ensure consistency across all requirements, both functional and non-functional, and quality of the requirements

●        You develop and maintain clients and partners’ relationships and manage cross- functional projects

●        You support the project team in delivering client projects with configuration in our tools

Your experience

●        You have minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a business or functional analyst with strong execution and multi-tasking ability

●        You understand business requirements and ability to translate them to an implementation plan

●        You have a proven experience with SAAS configuration tools

About you

●       You have a perfect command of English. Knowledge of other European languages is a strong asset

●      You are tech-savvy and have an entrepreneurial mindset. HTML and CSS are familiar to you. You know what Json is and how an If statement works

●       You can take ownership, be polyvalent and learn new skills

●        You show a “can do” attitude and you're not afraid of operating on the technical aspect

●        You know what it means to solve complex, functional, and analytical problems while keeping the customer top of your mind and getting things done

●        You can translate customer opportunities and pain points into clear product requirements and have the communication skills to have your team aligned on vision and mission
