What You'll Bring:- Experience: At least two years in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
- Passion: A genuine interest in quality and a talent for identifying root causes and resolving issues.
- Expertise: Experience or knowledge in welding and electrical standards, plus familiarity with ISO processes and audit compliance.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
- Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with exceptional time management skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across various business functions.
- Knowledge: Understanding Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.
Education & Training:- High school diploma or GED required.
- Experience or knowledge of welding standards is preferred.
Pre-Employment Requirements:- Must pass a 7-year felony and sex offender background check.
- Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug test for recreational drugs and opiates.
