• Experience: At least two years in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Passion: A genuine interest in quality and a talent for identifying root causes and resolving issues.
• Expertise: Experience or knowledge in welding and electrical standards, plus familiarity with ISO processes and audit compliance.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, and excellent communication skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with exceptional time management skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across various business functions.
• Knowledge: Understanding Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience or knowledge of welding standards is preferred.

• Must pass a 7-year felony and sex offender background check.
• Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug test for recreational drugs and opiates.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or lawfully admitted as refugees or asylum seekers.
