You'll perform essential inspections, work closely with the Quality Manager, and contribute to continuous improvements across our production floor.

• High Standards: Perform root cause analyses and conduct internal audits to uphold excellence in welding practices.

• Experience: At least two years of experience in welding inspection or a related quality control role.
• Passion: A genuine interest in welding quality and a talent for identifying and resolving welding defects.
• Expertise: In-depth knowledge of welding standards and procedures, plus familiarity with ISO processes and audit compliance.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.
• Tools: Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, along with exceptional time management skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and across various business functions.
• Knowledge: Understanding of Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, FMEA, and Root Cause Analysis.

• High school diploma or GED required
• Certification in welding inspection (e.g., CWI, CSWIP) is highly preferred.

• Must pass a 7-year felony and sex offender background check.
• Must pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug test for recreational drugs and opiates.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens, permanent residents, or lawfully admitted as refugees or asylum seekers.
