Responsibilities:
- Create/Execute Acceptance Test Plan

Develop product understanding

Execute test plan in the presence of customer

Travel to customer premises for final user acceptance testing

Document uncovered bugs and work with development to to ensure they are resolved

Work closely with automation test team to determine the scope and effectiveness automation tests
Salary information:
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $82,693.10 - $118,999.00 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

Qualifications:
Required Skills:

Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.

Proficiency in test case design, execution, and maintenance.

Understanding of how to write test cases in a re-usable manner.

Experience with Gherkin language for writing test cases and scenarios.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrated ability to write clear, concise, and customer-facing test documentation.

Experience in presenting test results and findings to customers or stakeholders.

Willingness and ability to travel to customer locations for final customer acceptance testing.

Ability to work in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing requirements.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience with defect tracking and management tools, such as JIRA.

Comfortable running Linux commands
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and waterfall development processes.
