Duties:

• Perform Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, and other NDT inspection methods on gas turbine components.
• Inspection requires the use of standard and special NDT equipment and interpretation of complex specifications and drawings.
• Perform product audits/inspection of gas turbine components, parts, and assemblies
• Perform other related duties
• Perform other assigned duties

Qualifications:

• Must pass 08Y Quality Assurance screening exam demonstrating the ability to apply geometric, trigonometric, and algebraic relationships. Also must demonstrate knowledge of reading drawings and use of gages.
• Must be able to successfully complete Level II certification requirements including classroom work and relevancy exams.
• Ability to read and interpret specifications and accurately describe and evaluate defects noted during inspection.
• Must meet medical/physical Quality Assurance Operator requirements

Pay Rate:

$27.545-28.62 (effective 07/03/2023: $29.20-30.34
