Position Overview:
Elaborates and analyzes Quality concepts, methods, tools and procedures as parts of effective Quality Management Systems, in a specific Quality area, or in an assigned organization unit. Assisting with data management and resource management tasks as directed by team lead for Quality Inspectors
Relocation will not be offered for this role.
Responsibilities
Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.
Advices business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues. Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
Drives and coaches unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
Contributes to budget planning processes.
Trains employees in a specific quality area.
Coordinates a group of quality related staff without leading the team.
Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
Managing/administering the department SharePoint site
Providing support to team members for assistance with system questions (especially field personnel)
Ordering supplies for quality inspectors in the field
Managing the Purchase Order Requests
Sending requests for approval to management
Submitting approved PORs to Purchasing for PO placement
Data entry to support various quality functions such as collecting and summarizing inspection data from Service
Creation of new inspection checklists and managing of data collection for ad hoc inspections
Assisting Quality Inspectors in the field with system and administrative support
Required Knowledge, Education, Experience, and Skills
Must have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst
Must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Development of Power BI charts as team identifies needs for new data views/flows
Competencies required include being systems savvy and knowing how to manipulate and report on data in systems such as Excel and PowerBI
Advanced MS Office (word, power point, excel) skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Be self-motivated, able to think quickly and address problems as they arise
Ability to work in a highly paced environment and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Team skills and ability to collaboratively work with peers across all levels of the business both local and international
A passion for key performance metrics, using them to communicate status and demonstrate improvements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent degree/experience
Consistently versed in the latest industry cutting edge trends, innovations and applications in the Wind Turbine industry
